Equipment

(1) Backpack suggestions ~ whatever you go with, it should be in this range of space/size/capacity:

(2) Hydration ~ we're expecting to need 100ml capacity (camelback) and a Nalgene each, every day.

(3) Boots ~ make sure you've got them thoroughly broken in. You may want to consider inserts for your hiking boots. You'll want to bring a second pair of shoes for around camp.

(4) Around camp - the higher we get, the slower we'll go and the more down time we'll need. During extended periods around camp, what will you do and need? For example, a down layer may be a better choice than fleece for our inactive times higher altitudes. Another suggestion is something like the sleeping pad/camp chair by Mountain Hardware, as shown here.

More info to come. Send your info to Jason and we'll get that added to the site.
